A few words from Sara : “I have been working as a Life Coach for ten yearss and then further trained in Psychotherapy and Emotional Education.  My passion is to enable women to feel gorgeous and empowered, loving their lives and their families, sharing within their community and so Live your Life courses are all about women loving themselves and their lives to the max!  So if you feel you want more out of life, wonder what you’re doing and feel you’d like to make changes, then join and have fun with other women just like you!  We work in small groups or you can have one to one sessions but as women we hold the space together with the intention to support and encourage one another so it is the love and encouragement of the group that makes the difference for us all.”
