A few words from Angela: Having been a teacher all my life I trained as a student counsellor in my 30s.  I became very interested in personal development both emotional and spiritual and went on to do further training in homeopathy.  I have been practising as a fully qualified homeopath since 2001 and later added Bowen Technique to my practice.

Homeopathy is a holistic system of healing which assists the body to heal itself.  The ‘remedies’ are drawn from the natural world and usually take the form of small pillules.   The Bowen Technique is a gentle “hands on” therapy.  The practitioner using thumbs or fingers to make a series of precise, rolling type moves over muscle.  Like homeopathy it is an holistic therapy and they work very well together.
