Organisational Structure

Light Spirit UK is a democratic community and cooperative company.

The four founder members are all directors of Light Spirit UK. They are also members of the Spiritual Council which comprises of 12 members who have kindly volunteered their time and expertise to help the Light Spirit community to grow.

The Spiritual Council is the forum where community matters can be discussed and decisions made. This information is then circulated to all members.

All members have voting rights at the AGM.
