Monthly Spiritual Shares

Each month we have a different facilitator who leads an introductory session on their specialist subject e.g. sacred sound, crystal healing, yoga, aura soma, reiki etc.

These get togethers, or 'spiritual shares' as we call them, also offer an opportunity to participate in guided meditations and have some quality time with other spiritually-minded people.

All events (unless otherwise stated) begin at 8pm, with the doors opening at 7:45pm. They finish at 10pm.

Cost £3.50 for members, £4.50 for non-members. To include refreshments

Steve Evans Bowan Technique

The Bowen Technique was first developed in Australia about 50 years ago and is now used all over the world.  It is a gentle hands-on therapy that frees and balances the body, promoting healing.  It is holistic, having an effect on the whole person on all levels - physical, emotional and mental.

I think it is a wonderful therapy, have been practicing about 8 years, and often use it in conjunction with Homeopathy and Flower Essences.

I will give a short talk on its history and what it is and will then give some short (5 mins)demos, so that people can have a taster for themselves and see it being done, during which time people can ask questions.

Anyone who would like to volunteer to wear light clothing please.
